Japan Bancha

Traditional late harvest Japanese tea with short, long pressed leaves and a mild, aromatic flavor. It has less caffeine than Sencha tea, but more calcium, iron, vitamins B1 and C. The tea has a mild taste and can be drunk throughout the day.

Ingredients:
green tea (Japan).

Method of preparation:
2 minutes, 70°C.
