General terms and conditions of sale

The order is considered accepted and the agreement between the parties arises only after explicit confirmation (SMS or email to the customer's address) of the order from Cantata.ee

The order is confirmed within 48 hours from receipt of the order.

Cantata does not accept orders for execution or offer other conditions for delivery time.

Cantata.ee tries to provide the information, including images, on the website as accurately as possible. The appearance of the product may differ from that received upon delivery. Deviations from the information provided regarding the appearance, characteristics of products and promotions cannot lead to claims for compensation.

All prices on the website are indicated in euros, but do not include delivery costs.

Prices on the website may have typographical errors and will be adjusted upon confirmation of the order. No liability arises due to typographical errors.

The delivery time indicated on the website or communicated to the client is approximate.

Failure to comply with the delivery deadline does not give rise to any right to compensation. But the customer has the right to cancel the order if the delivery time exceeds the expected time.

The product is delivered to the address specified when ordering. Standard delivery time in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania is 2-5 working days.

Delivery is carried out through Omniva or our own service Cantata.ee.

Delivery costs with a delivery address in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia are 4.49 euros for orders up to 23.99 euros and free for orders over 24.00 euros.
