Enjoy your lovely coffee at any time of the day (I do this at night too).
To remove caffeine, we use one of the safest methods - carbon monoxide (CO2) treatment. This method of decaffeination does not leave any traces in the finished drink. Therefore, the aroma and taste of coffee are preserved, and the caffeine content in it is no more than 0.1%.
